The Ministry of Ridgecrest Christian Education Convention Centre is directed and guided by Ridgecrest Christian Ministry Inc.

RCMI is made up of people who are committed to Christian camping ministry, specifically in the Central West of NSW.

They seek to honour God in their vision for RCECC and give support to the ministry, staff, and campers at Ridgecrest.
