Our facilities include both catered and non catered accommodation options for up to 160 people, caring & helpful Christian staff to support your camp needs & healthy, delicious food to feed and refresh you.
Campsite Accommodation
Cabins 1 - 7
These are our main cabins to the rear of the site. With warm gas heating and plenty of beds, they’re perfect for large events with lots of guests
1 Cabin with 4 Bedrooms
6 Cabins with 3 Bedrooms
Totalling 103 Beds.
Cabins 1 - 7 are only available as Catered. There is no self-catered option

Lakeview Unit
These unit is located under the Lakeview room at the Main building. It forms part of the main camp booking (cabins 1-7) and is available for catered groups only. It consists of a bedroom and sitting room, it’s own toilet and shower.
The bedroom has a set of double bunks and couch that can be opened to form a double bed. Can sleep a total group of 4 (when couch/double beds is used for couples).
A veranda runs on the side of the rooms with beautiful views over the lake.
Lakeview Rooms are only available as Catered. There is no self-catered option.

Access to ablutions from room B is through sliding door and along the veranda.
The Lodge
The Lodge is situated in the corner of the property with magnificent views over the valley below. Ample space here with large double kitchen and lounge.
4 Bedrooms with 13 Double bunks and 1 double bed, sleeping 28 in total.
Large double kitchen with the option of self-catering for groups 28 or less.
Catering option available for minimum of 28 people (contact office to discuss)
Air conditioning & gas heating.
Disability ramp access to Lodge.

Holiday Cottage
Cottage 8
This cottage has uninterrupted views over the Burrendong dam wall and the lake. Stunning views from the lounge windows. 4 Bedrooms with a mixture of double bunks, single beds and double beds. Can sleep a total group of 16 (when double beds are used for couples).

At Ridgecrest healthy, delicious food is our specialty, whether a scrumptious roast dinner with all the trimmings to a light but healthy continental breakfast.
Fully Catered
Our dedicated staff utilizing our commercial standard kitchen is able to cater for your large camp needs in our comfortable, air conditioned dining room.
Self Catering Options*
For smaller groups, both The Lodge and holiday cabins are set up with internal kitchens, allowing for self-catering.
Special Dietary Considerations
Our experienced, well trained catering staff are able to assist with special dietary needs of your group from vegetarian, to coeliac, or to lactose intolerant provided adequate time is given prior to the camp.

The Lakeview Room
This main Conference room seats 200 people with an impressive view over the Macquarie River Valley and comes equipped with a PA system, drum set, electric piano, lectern, music sheet stands, overhead projector, and whiteboard

The Grevillea Room
Seats 120 people and is perfect for workshops, children or youth activities that need to be run separately to the main meeting area in the Lakeview room. This old classroom above the oval, comes with a small stage, a white board, electric piano, projector screen and sound system. Old wooden cross on stage.

The Chapel and the Kurrajong Room
The Chapel has an old world charm with stunning stained glass on both sides and at back of small stage. This room seats up to 50 people and comes with a lectern and quality keyboard.
The Kurrajong room is ideally located overlooking the Oval. This room can seat up to 50 people, has a small stage to front and comes with an piano, television and projector screen. Used by some groups as the creche but has endless possibilities.
Sporting Facilities
Ridgecrest is equipped with a floodlit main oval as well as a floodlit basketball / volleyball / tennis court. Ridgecrest provide a large number of activities that can be included as part of your stay. Check out our activities list and discuss with the team to see what you can include in your program.
