Our facilities include both catered and non catered accommodation options for up to 160 people, caring & helpful Christian staff to support your camp needs & healthy, delicious food to feed and refresh you.
Campsite Accommodation
Cabins 1 to 7
These are our main cabins to the rear of the site, conveniently located nearest to the Lakeview Meeting Room. With warm gas heating and plenty of beds, they’re perfect for large events with lots of guests.
One cabin has 4 Bedrooms and six cabins have 3 Bedrooms. Total of 103 beds.
These cabins are only available as fully catered. There is no self-catered option for these cabins.

Lakeview Unit
This unit is located under the Lakeview Meeting Room in the main building. It forms part of a main camp booking (cabins 1-7) and is available for catered groups only. It consists of a bedroom and sitting room and has its own toilet and shower.
The bedroom has a set of double bunks and futon that can be opened to form a double bed. The unit can sleep a total group of 4 (when the futon bed is used for couples).
A verandah runs on the side of the rooms with beautiful views over the lake.
The Lakeview Unit is only available for catered bookings. There is no self-catered option.

The Lodge
The Lodge is situated in the corner of the property with magnificent views over the valley below. Ample space here with large double kitchen and lounge.
4 Bedrooms with 13 Double bunks and 1 double bed, sleeping 28 in total.
Large double kitchen with the option of self-catering for groups 28 or less.
Catering option available for minimum of 28 people (contact office to discuss)
Air conditioning & gas heating.
Disability ramp access to Lodge.

Holiday Cottage
Cottage 8
This cottage overlooks the Burrendong dam wall and the lake with stunning views from the loungeroom windows.
Four bedrooms with a mixture of double bunks, single beds and double beds. This cottage can sleep a total of 16 people (when double beds are used for couples).
This cottage can be booked as a smaller self-catered cabin. Alternatively, it can be booked as part of a larger “main camp” booking when extra space is required.

Retreat Cottage
Cottage 9
Our newly renovated retreat cottage is now available. Its primary purpose is to provide a place of relaxation, refreshment and blessing to those in full-time ministry. It can also be booked by couples and small families who are looking for a unique get-away.
This cottage overlooks the Burrendong dam wall and the lake with stunning views from the lounge room and balcony. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with 2 x single beds.
This cottage can be booked as a smaller self-catered cabin. Alternatively, it can be booked as part of a larger “main camp” booking when extra space is required, and is ideal for “guest speaker” accommodation.

At Ridgecrest healthy, delicious food is our specialty, whether a scrumptious roast dinner with all the trimmings or a light and healthy continental breakfast.
Fully Catered
Our dedicated staff utilises our commercial kitchen to cater for your large camp needs, serving freshly prepared meals in our comfortable, air conditioned dining room.
Self Catering Options
For smaller groups, The Lodge, The Holiday Cabin (Cottage 8) and The Retreat Cabin (Cottage 9) have fully equipped kitchens suitable for self-catering.
Special Dietary Considerations
Our experienced, well trained staff are able to cater for all special dietary requests, such as Gluten Free, Coeliac, Lactose Intolerant, Vegan, Allergens, etc. There is no additional cost for this service, however it is imperative that we are provided with at least seven days notice of any special dietary needs, so that we can plan our menus and order appropriate supplies.
Meeting Rooms

The Lakeview Meeting Room
This main conference room seats 200 people with an impressive view over the Macquarie River Valley and comes equipped with a PA system with foldback, microphones with stands, drum set, electric piano, lectern, music stands, digital projector, screen and whiteboard. A pool table and table tennis table are situated at the back of this meeting room.

The Grevillea Room
The Grevillea Room seats 120 people and is perfect for workshops, or children and youth activities that need to be run separately to the main meeting area. Originally a school classroom, this hall now sits above the oval and comes with a small stage, a whiteboard and projector screen.

The Chapel and the Kurrajong Room
The Chapel has an old world charm with stunning stained glass on both sides with a small platform at the front. This room seats up to 50 people and comes with a lectern and keyboard.
The Kurrajong Room is conveniently located overlooking the oval. This room can seat up to 50 people, has a small stage at the front and comes with an old acoustic piano and a table tennis table. Used by some groups as a creche.
Sporting Facilities
Ridgecrest is equipped with a floodlit main oval as well as a floodlit basketball / volleyball / tennis court. Ridgecrest provide a large number of activities that can be included as part of your stay. Check out our activities list and discuss with the team to see what you can include in your program.
