THURSDAY WORKING BEE.
Every Thursday we have an open invitation for volunteers to come and join us to work on some of the projects that need doing.
We start at 8am and will provide your morning tea and lunch.

About the Ridgecrest Christian Education & Convention Centre
The Ridgecrest Centre, which is operated by Ridgecrest Christian Ministries Incorporated, is located at an altitude of 550m on 100 ha of mountainous bush land with magnificent 360 degree river valley views over Lake Burrendong, which holds over three times the volume of Sydney Harbour when at full capacity.

A perceived need
A long term project of the Western District Baptist Association, Ridgecrest began with the purchase of the site in the late 1960's to fill the need for a site for christian camps & retreats in the region, when these camps outgrew their current sites. What followed was many years of site development, building & support by passionate members of the local Baptist churches to develop the Ridgecrest facility as we now know it.
An ongoing ministry
This has culminated in a wonderful ministry and relationship building resource which has been instrumental over many years in the development of many church, school and small groups, and with prayer and your support will continue to offer this valuable resource into the future.
